Noble is the principal and co-founder of a hospitality brand, a real estate investor, an industry consultant, speaker, best-selling author, podcast host, and mentor & coach to students around the world. Over the past seven+ years, he has grown a portfolio of multiple doors across Texas consisting of owned assets and leased units.

His diverse background spans several years in hospitality, technology, and sales & marketing.
Noble has worked with brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and more. He worked in various
capacities including guest services, audio-visual production, and technology.

Noble has recently started investing in multifamily assets and is currently pursuing multiple
opportunities in apartment and commercial building ownership. He leverages his doors to
provide housing & lodging across multiple verticals such as corporate, healthcare, higher
education, relocation, aviation, and government.

He currently coaches and mentors dozens of students in the short & mid term rental and real
estate industries. He focuses his training on the topics of prospecting, sales & marketing,
generating direct bookings within multiple B2B & B2G verticals including the US military, local,
state, and federal government contracts.

Noble also consults for real estate investors, syndication teams, land developers, and small
business owners through his podcast and education agency, Hospitality Cashflow.
